Product Availability Questions
Does the website carry the same selection of items that
I could find at the retail store?
Most art supplies available at our retail locations are also available
online, in addition to several art items that are exclusive to the
website.
Currently, we have 1000s of teacher resource items available online,
but it does not represent our entire retail educational selection.
Educators can find a variety of our best-selling resource books,
incentives, grading supplies, educational toys & games, children's
reading books, flashcards and manipulatives on our site. Additional
classroom materials and decorations are scheduled to be added in
the future.
Online Ordering Questions
Can I receive a Volume Discount when purchasing online?
Yes! Our Volume Discount program
applies to any purchases made through our catalog, our website,
and our United Art and Education retail locations.
Can I use a school purchase order to make an online purchase?
Yes, purchases may be charged to your school's existing United Art
and Education account. When checking out, simply check the "Pay
online with a Purchase Order" button in the "Method of Payment"
section. You must be an authorized buyer and include a P.O. number
on your order. To inquire about setting up an open account, please
call our Customer Service Department: 1-800-322-3247.
I need to have my purchase order amount approved before
I order. Do you offer quotes?
Yes! When checking out, simply check the "Print as a Quote" button
in the "Method of Payment" section. This will allow you to print
the quote that can be mailed, faxed, or phoned in as an order at
a later time. The order will not be saved, so you will need to re-enter
the order if you decide to purchase online.
Are quoted prices guaranteed?
Art products listed at United Art and Education’s current
catalog prices are guaranteed throughout the remainder of the calendar
year. Educational products not listed in our catalogs are guaranteed
for 30 days. Due to the nature of their limited availability, sale
prices and special offers may change and, therefore, are not guaranteed.
What is the benefit of adding items to the Wish List?
As you are shopping, you may choose to add items to your Wish List.
This features allows you to save information on your favorite items
for possible purchase at a later date. The Wish List is a great
way to put together an order over several different visits to the
site. Wish Lists can be changed and updated as much as you want.
Items are easily transferred to your shopping cart when you are
ready to make a purchase. Wish Lists are also great to email to
family or friends for gift ideas.
Can I receive the sale price as advertised on the website
when I place a catalog order by mail for the same item?
Web sales have a limited duration and are changed on a regular basis.
Therefore, at this time, special web sale prices are designated
specifically for web orders only. If you wish to order by phone,
fax or mail, you should use your shopping cart to print the order
as a quote and include a copy of that quote with your order. If
we are unable to provide the pricing because the sale has expired,
we will contact you for permission before charging a different price.
May I assort colors or styles of items in the same product
line to receive the quantity discount?
No. In order to receive the quantity break price, you must order
multiples of the identical item up to the quantity indicated.
